CM2 PRODUCTIONS, LLC signed entertainment contracts with In Demand Talent (IDT) for some musicial artists. They inquired about several artist and signed 5 legally binding contracts with us to assist in these bookings. The first 3 contracts he signed, he ended up voiding, putting IDT in a curious position between artists' agents and IDT. Mr. Claude Davis Jr wired over non-refundable broker fees before pulling out of these events, ignoring the terms of the agreement as such. When contract was delivered to Davis, he demanded broker fees be used as artist deposit, which is absolutely outlandish!

He then pulled out of that event as well! Davis asked why dont we just apply what he sent. I indicated that our first $22,500 is applied as booking fees for the first 3 inquiries, $2500, $2500, $2500, and $15k respectively. Mr. Davis then threatened legal action, which we are now preparing a countersuit should he file. Mr. Davis has fled Lousiana and is being traced currently.
