Sending Movies without Option Cards

Twice previously I've obtained and been charged for films after I delivered back the choice out card. Last month I obtained TRON Heritage, but I never obtained the regular box beforehand using the choice-out card. I had beennot also pleased, however it did finish my 4-film/2-year duty. However now I simply obtained another costly DVD again without actually getting the box ahead of time. I am likely to contact them up. National regulation claims that should you obtain anything by email that you simply did not purchase, it is yours to maintain free of charge. (I understand, best of luck with that, but I am likely to combat!)
