Ripoff poor quality home made with commercials! Videos most don't work

I purchased a boxed set of That 70's show from DVDCraze as a gift. Only 2 or 3 of the 15 DVD's worked. The shows I saw for myself were bootleg copies of the show — with commercials included! I cannot get a response from the company, and am out $200. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DVDCraze, they will only rip you off.
