Hello i am from idaho, i recently had a movie membership at hollywood video that has gone out of business. While in business i was in good standing and was enrolled in a program called no late fee's and was debited from my account every month as a membership. After having this account for a couple years and on good standing i do a credit check it shows i owe them 320.00. I have never recieved a anything not even a phone call saying i had late fee's. With perfect credit of 800 before this happend i would find it unlikly anyone would fualt on a video charge for such a mark on there credit score. So after contacting them and payed them i find out later i was not the only one seems there are hundreds or more that have been threw same thing. So now i guess after reading this site i will contact the ftc and then send a certified letter to them but it sounds like i will gwt no response from them. I dont understand how these people can still be in business what is the ftc really doing and our attourny generals??? Please help this company is out of oklahoma.in the city of oklahoma
