Sold bottled beer with broken glass damage on product

Purchaced budwiser beer, and broken glass inside. Reported it to market where liquor was purchaced, followed chain and have notheard any thing. Do you tink the executives at budwiser would condone this? Do they know about this? Anyone else had this problem?
