Hacienda Movie Theatre Failed to Honor FREE Movie Ticket

Signed up for Regal Crown Club card to earn points for food, movies, etc. Earned enough points which supposedly gave me a "free movie." Tried to use that free movie ticket this past weekend only to be told it could not be used on a new release??? My free ticket mentions nothing about not being able to use the free movie ticket for a new release. This Regal Crown Club is nothing but a total rip off and scam.
