Big trucks dumping dirt with out a permit and the road not bonded for the over weight trucks bring dirt

The bar The Johnstown Inn. 1310 Frankstown RD. Johnstown Pa. Owner was told to stop this summer by the ebensburg state man for getting the dirt with out haveing bonds on the road they are only 5 ton limit. The Trucks are making a mess on the road and the dumping is getting close to a creek down over the hill. Please keep my name out of this because he is on the commission for the town ship and dose every thing with useing his power from the Township. Thank You Merry Christmas. Ebensburg man wants nothing to do in this matter the owner of nthe bar also opened a drive way at the house he ownes next to the bar over 2 cars wide on RT 53 with out a permit. Once again please keep my name out of this because he is also friends with the chief of the police department here.
