Im being ripped off by dead beat dad Johnstown PA

Hello my name is Faith Gordon and im being ripped off by domestic
relations in Johnstown Pa i was just awarded $10.00 a month in
my case, his arrears are 2,000 and they told him to pay 10.00 a
month till hes paid up. Now where is the justice in this, he just recieved settlements from SSI, SSD and spent both lump
sums on crack cocaine hes a convicted felon for drugs.in March
he gets another lump sum to be spent on crack cocaine. He has 6 children to 3 different woman so hes no stranger to the
domestic relations system. Please someone hear my cry for justice
