Vendors Beware! Its a coal mine, not a gold mine!

If you are a vendor of any kind please be aware of my past experience with Mark Anderson. After meeting with him to vend outside his rental house across from the Minnesota State Fair, we decided to pay him $5,000 dollars for a spot in his front yard to vend. We were told some people make may times more that amount by selling outside the gates. Of the 5 or so of us who fell for the pitch, none of us came close to recouping our costs. Please don't pay anything close to that amount. You could make some money if you pay around $1000, maybe. Check it out, there are very few vendors out there for a second year. Also, I heard from his tenant at the time, that he made her pay the utility bill for that month! It was hundreds of dollars because he had vendors pulling electric and using the facilities in her house and he made her pay the bill (according to her)!

Please do the world and yourself a favor, don't deal with this guy.
