COMM-SERVICES LLC 401-429-2943, New J ersey Somehow got my card and charged me $9.95. The operator said they get the card # from other companies when you order something online

They got my card number from another compnay when I order something online, according to their answerring service. They then charged my card $9.95!!! Who are these people? Supposedly, I recieved a dvd from them? I don't have a dvd player.
