PAID $10,000 TO THEM, THEY DID NOT PERFORM CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS And stopped communicating

According to contract, for $10,000, CDM Entertainment agreed to do the following:
NOTE: My comments are underlined and bold. The rest is taken directly from the contract.

Phase1 A professional screenplay writer will bebrought in to help indentify places in the screenplay thatneed development, and then come up with creative changes that will help bringmore entertainment elements without losing the main direction of thescreenplay 2-3 weeks. It took over 2 months and I had to correct the errors that the "professional screen play writer" made. Not professional AT ALL! Very sloppy and "unprofessional".

Phase2Once the screenplayhas been fully developed and signed off on by client, CDM will use itsrelationships to find actors such as "Actor was named" (supposedly Corey's best friend) to sign letters of intentwhich will help in the pitching process. 2-3 weeks None of this happened AT ALL!

Phase3

CDM will assist client inidentifying potential investors to help raise enough capital to shoot the filmindependently and secure a distribution deal or partner up with a major filmstudio for a theatrical release. Communication stopped because I refused to pay the last $500.00 for phases 2-3 until I saw results for the $9,500.00 I had already paid.

ProjectFee Phase 1: $5,000.00 due immediately Paid as agreed

ProjectFee Phase 2 - 3: $5,000.00 Paid $4,500. Stopped because no results.
