Dylan Kent Tickets never received - Money wired through Western Union

The Seller listed tickets on Craigslist - then wanted to conduct the purchase through Ebay's Paypal. I received an email confirming purchase and wired money to the Ebay verified payment agent. Then the seller informed me that the tickets were on their way and would arrive in the morning.

Next morning I received an email from the seller saying that the person I wired the $ to, was in a car accident and I would have to send another payment. When I refused, he said the transaction was cancelled. I never received the tickets and haven't received a refund.
