Horrible customer service

I was given a card by Merissa for a 13x13 rental. The day of the
rental, our party was rained out. I emailed her the following week,
about rescheduling the use of the bounce house for the week after
Easter, and she replied and said that was fine, we could hammer out
details closer to. Well 2 weeks out, she is not responding to emails or
calls, 1 week out, still no response, and day before I call her cell
phone, a female voice stutters, oh no, Merissa is not available, but I
will tell her you called. And of course no response. I would have been
better off finding a more reliable company when I was at my 1 week
deadline. So with 1 day notice I found a Co. On Craigslist that came
thru wonderfully. Do not deal with jammin jumperoos, they are totally
unreliable!
