Sent other than ordered item and denied their mistake

I ordered a difficult to obtain boxed set of DVDs and was sent out an inferior set of easy to obtain DVDs. When I queried this they replied with a copy of their delivery docket claiming it was a copy of my order docket. I sent email pointing this out and have heard nothing more. I have reported them to my mastercard who say they will look into it.
