This company is just a continuation of GSG Entertainment. They overcharge fans high prices ($259-359) for VIP ticket packages when they know it's a bad economy. They are just ripping fans off and trying to make a buck. There is no opportunity to meet the band, just a walk on the stage and a tour. There is no personal interaction with the band, just in a stiff controlled environment where you email questions to them and don't ask them yourself. You are treated more like a number then you are a person. They are rude and inconsiderate and discriminated me for no apparent reason and defamed me by putting me on their "hit list" as if I was a criminal and I'm not and banned me from making any purchases. I made only one purchase from them which went through successfully and then a few days before the concert, I received a suspicious email from the company stating that "Due to circumstances beyond their control (which is BS) I would be unable to attend the backstage tour" I still insist their actions were very inappropriate when they prohibited me from going on the backstage tour for no apparent reason. I am innocent of any wrongdoing and did not deserve to be treated badly by them. They didn't do this to anyone else so why me? They still hold a grudge carried over from the last company stating they were so-called informed of my prior interaction and behavior which is BS. I am innocent of all complaints and they are the guilty party! Even though they refunded my money, their interaction with me was cold-hearted and unacceptable behavior on their part. I doubt that the band will get any money from the revenue made from these pricey VIP packages and the owner will embezzle the funds and go to jail just like the last one did! I hope they get what they deserve and either the band terminates them or they go out of business!
