PLEASE BE AWARE: Festicanto also know as Festival Latino de Canto is a well elaborated SCAM which supposedly promotes young Latino aspiring singers.

This is an unscrupulous act well planned by its so called Ceo (CEO) Victor Soberanis whom has his acts down pat. Listen carefully to read between his lies.

The scam runs and works like this: When you call their office (if they really have an office cause you always hear someone screaming in the background) the lady tells you that you have to pass an pre-audition over the telephone to "qualify", she specifically mentions that there is no registration or charge of any form. Once she puts you over the phone with a guy that HARDLY speaks English (Victor Soberanis), you suppose to sing a song for him, after you a done with that, the "glory and fame" is given to you.
