What a deal DVD I ordered a 6 season set to be here by Christmas and it never came

I ordered a TV series to be delivered by Christmas, in plenty of time. I never received the DVD's. I searched the internet trying to find a contact number and never could. The only way to contact them was through email. I emailed them three times, and continuously checked my junk email box as well. They never replied. I finally stopped the payment on my credit card. We shall see what happens next.
