Charged me for a product, when they had no intention of delivering the product

Upon being refered to pakayas.com from a major well known store chain, I ordered and paid for a video game. Shipping information and contact information were provided to the company. When I went back to check on the progress of the order I could not get back to the website, even when I used the link in the confirmation email.
