River City Limoz Services far under par, Unjustly charged outrageous extra fees

It is hard to know where to start when pertaining to this company. I booked a limo/party bus for my brothers 25th Birthday. I was promised 4 hours in a 26 passenger party bus, complete with restroom, flat screen tv and premium after market sound system, but what I actually received was much different. When the bus arrived it was not even big enough to comfortably fit the 20 of us that actually showed up, thankfully we didnt have 25 passengers like i originally quoted them. Next we find out the restroom is out of order and the tv is also inoperable. The sound system was also much lower quality than promised. The first stop of our night was only 3 miles from our pick up point yet it took the driver nearly 45 minutes to find it, even when using a gps navigation system. The rest of the night was more of the same, more circling around searching for the next locations. After the last stop, at which point a few of us stayed on the bus, I noticed that a friend had hurt his leg earlier in the night.
