Buyseasons.com purchased item for $14 plus $2 shipping, returned sealed and got $7. They won't refund the remainder. They claim the return label costs $7 they promissed refund & won't pay

Eceive the wig and was not satisfied. Poor quality. Glue overflow on hair. Hair is not as pictured. Notified company immediately for return. They sent RMA after several requests. I sent package back immediately and notified company. They claimed they would give credit as soon as recieve package. I paid $14 for wig and $2 shipping. They sent credit for $7. I requested the remaining $7. After repeating my request SEVERAL times and finally requested them to actually read the request I have been sending, they claimed that the return slip costs $7. This is not possible. It was returned in the same box and manner as originally shipped. $2 maybe not $7.
