Lies about contract

I registered with direct television 11/7/09. They explained it'd be $29.99 per month and my statement is $55.99. They don't repair it or create it right. They explained I'd to submit a refund form I had beennot conscious of and that I needed to spend the 55 till they received the shape. Super bad customer support. I'd never get support together again. And also to stop is 480 some peculiar bucks! That's just one of the issues together.
