Harbor Seals

I reside within Morro Bay just a couple blocks in the Morro Bay Aquarium. I've paid and joined the tank before and was terrified from the small tanks the seals reside in 24/7. They did not actually need the seafood I purchased for them. I actually donot desire to place the homeowners out-of company, but I actually do want there is a much better location for that seals to proceed. I approached Sea World to determine when they might consider them-but I never got an answer. The tanks the seals reside in are so small they hardly have any space to maneuver. I sit-in my family room during the night and that I may notice these seals shouting-they seem diverse from the crazy seals nearly like they're in pain. Is there something we are able to do to assist them? They're so unhappy.
