Not a satisfied customer

I had been excited to receive a-3-month Netflix gift certificate for my birthday a couple weeks before. I've never applied Netflix before, but I'd frequently observed good stuff about this. Well, my expertise was not so great. The initial DVD I received within the email (disk 1 of the tv-series) didn't focus on my dvdplayer. I tried it on another participant after which on my pc also it nevertheless would not enjoy. I posted a criticism to Netflix (online) plus they stated they'd send a brand new backup ASAP. Sadly, I had been caught with another disk in the display (that was no-good without viewing another first!). Therefore, I chose to try viewing a film online. I included several to my "Instant Line" after which continued several chores and returned home to look at among my films. I arrived online to locate their site was down. It's been hrs and also the website continues to be down. I want there was a means I really could obtain a reimbursement for that present (there is not) and simply visit Hit instead. Be skeptical of providing Netflix like a present!
