Consumer rip-off poor quality videos with unkept promises to replace

July My husband enrolls in an video program that ships 1 video a month in the Hard Hat Harry's series for our son. The start arriving two at a time, at $ 19.99 a piece I thought they were to expensive for the quality. I sent most back and kept 3 the quality was poor.

I called a couple times asking for replacement videos only, it was always "no problem". That's been 6 months. I misplaced their address and phone number and cannot find anything to help me track them down. This is a poor was to run a business.
