Steely Dan Tickets in Row N Not Truly Preferred Seating

I purchased Steely Dan tickets using my AMEX Gold Card. The come-on was "preferred seating" and "buy tickets" before the general public.

So I purchased 2 tickets on 31 May 09 for the 29 July 09 show at the Beacon Theatre in NYC. I got Orchestra Row N, off to the side. Not so bad, but off to the side.

I just checked, before writing this report, and found Orch seats in Row K that were more center oriented. Also listed was a group of four seats in Row M, more centrally located.

Perhaps not a rip-off, but certainly misleading, injurious marketing.
