Coral Springs Omitted information about cancellation policy. The company holds your deposit for 30 days

I was in an interview for my son, in which the agent tells us that there are only 2 spots available and if I don't do the deposit now, I will lose the space that she really wants my son to get in the class. I told her I needed to contact my husband as this was too much of a deposit that was not mentioned until the last minute. I also informed her that this amount is too much and that we did not budget for this.

She informed me that I can cancel in three business days and I will receive my funds back. When I returned to cancel my deposit that is when I was told that it would take 30 days... I've spoken to Tiffany at the Coral Springs office who informed me that she is not obligated to tell that information unless the person asks specifically how long it will take to get their money back.

Then after I mentioned that "such a deliberate act of witholding this information was unethical, she responded by saying that "oh I don't know if she did or did not tell you". The company is unethical and misleads people in the interview process with blatant lies in order to raise funds. They then make it very difficult for you to get your refund.
