Sends destroyed movies & will not make good on them

I pay for the 3 movies out at a time program. So far I have recieved 5 upplayable movies. They have done nothing to help. I finally got to talk to a superviser & I was tolg I would be given 2 vouchers for 1 extra dvd to get with my normal order, wich is very lame as I can only watch 1 movie at a time. That is just the same as my plan. I ask for them to credit my account & they basiclly luaghed at me. Be careful customer service sucks. I am no longer a member!!!
