Complete scam. 9 months of lies Online

I know people have had issues with this casino. Its funny but I had no problems before the new owners took over and the old owners were the ones who were called the crooks.

I cashed out (my 4th in 2 years) on aug. 20 2008 for 2700.00 I got a few emails that they were changing over to new owners and my money would be sent a.S. Ap. When I didnt hear from them after a month I started emailing them and was told that I had not met wagering requirements. I had already contacted kgc (they informed me that the new owners had not registered with them yet) cds told me that they were told I had not met my wagering requirements. I knew I had met them and confronted Oliver one night on thier chat. He confirmed that there was a problem with my history. He forwarded this to accounting. He "seemed " to try and help.

Well, after another 3 months and 100 unanswered emails and phone messages I filed my 3rd complaint with cds and asked them to not close my dispute until they pay. Cds told me my history had been fixed and my withdraws were ok for payment.

I was able to get through on chat a few times and they confirmed that I would receive my cash out soon. (I have copies of all chat log and emails).

Another month and after several contacts with cds and attempts with mighty slots they informed me that they had tried to send my check but there was a problem with my address and the checks were being returned. Funny thing is I had cashed out 3 times before and had submitted all the docs. Either way I sent my address and no matter how many times I sent it they kept telling me they had the wrong address. This went on for another month. We are now almost at 9 months.

In my acc. History on march 31 they denied my withdraw for 2700. And resubmitted my withdraw for 500,500 and 1700 and approved 500 of it with the other 2200 pending all this within a 10 minute span on march 31st.

In my last comm. With kgc they told me mighty slots was not registered with them however mighty slots still has kgc listed on thier home page. They do now answer phones and live chat is always up, but Im dealing with people who have no clue. I get the same bs everytime. I warned them last night the war was about to begin and you are my first blog on this. I have made this a quest I will not let this go.

Sorry to be long winded but that was 9 months of pent up anger.
