Hi, I bought the complete series of Barney Miller from this company, described as a limited edition box set. However when it arrived, from China, it was obviously pirated.instead of the usual jewel cases, one per season usually, it was in two video boxes with poorly copied covers and labelled 1 & 2 in pen, the discs were in plastic sleeves, again with home made printed labels and numbered by hand. The website is professional looking and the prices are reasonable for legitimate items.

I have not watched any of them yet as I am waiting for a reply to my complaining email, but having tried to access my account on the website and being denied access suspect that it will not be answered. I further suspect that although the website appears to be U.S.A. Based it is a front for a Chinese scam. I recently had a similar problem with a fake usb memory stick.

I am not sure what my rights are in this problem but will keep onto them and I hope that this post stops other people getting ripped off.
