Fraudulent DVD set

I bought the complete DVD set of Walker Texas Ranger and Kung Fu the legend continues and according to the ad on the website these are NEW unedited DVD's however when we tried viewing them they look like a kid recorded them off of the TV they have commercials (which the ad clines they do not) and they have the television station (hallmark) logo on the screen and even pop-up advertisements of up coming TV shows these people are using false advertisement, I can not believe these are legal DVD's I have tried e-mailing them as they say to for refund but they will not respond
