Cant wach a movie

I couldnt view a dvd bcause it's really a poor scrach on it an we've no method to clear it... I paid a dollor to look at it and couldnt... When there is an answer contact me vea e-mail bublovinsarah@yahoo.com I truly wnted to look at that film and im not payin anymore then I've to hire it for that might be fake ad...
