Unauthorized charges

In 2004 we bought film passes through Fandango with this charge card.

We've only discovered that people have now been setup on the payment timetable going back 5 years from "Reservation Rewards".

We were NEVER informed of the ongoing unauthorized charges. We also never observed the little obsucre cost since this can be a company credit.

How can we get our money-back and what's caused by regulations fit?
