Purchased Movie tickets off Fandango.com. Charge an additional $12.00 for Reservation Rewards

We ordered movie tickets off of Fandango and they charged my bank account for an additional $12.00 for a Reward Program. I called for refund and they won't. They said they won't charge anymore but I can use the service until it expires. I need to contact someone to get my money back. This is stealing!
