Charged my bank account for DVD's i never ordered and that never came ripoff swindle

The fine folks over at Columbia House charged my personal checking account $32.00 for that month's "Director's Selection" without my permission.

Once i noticed the debit, i awaited the arrival of the DVD so i could quickly return it to them and get my money back. A month passes and no sign of the dvd; so after searching the web for their impossible-to-find phone number, i talk to a representative.

I ask for my money back, and i'm told that the DVD will be in the mail "within the week, " and i can just return it then. It's now been 3 MONTHS and the DVD never showed and now when i call the same number, it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to an actual representative.

Thirty-two dollars is an awful lot to pay for a dvd i never received, and didn't ask for in the first place.
