Productions, gonna be gonna be is a rip off and scam

Gonna Be is a fraud! Scam!!! Liars!!! And every other name in the book. We did sign our daughter up and paid their pricey fees but decided after that it was just not gonna fit in our budget. So I cancelled the very next day per the 3 day cancellation policy on the contract. I returned all their things and got the paper work stating that I did. On the contract it say they will refund you your money within 10 days well those 10 days came and passed. I am now on the 14th day and still haven't received my money back. I have made numerous attempts to call them and conveniently I am either sent to a voicemail or accidently hung up on. I have also emailed and went in to talk to them. Their excuse was the 10 day policy got switched to a 14 day policy - which I told them NO! On my contract its says 10 days! Then the next excuse was their accountant was not in and they have no access to the files and I will be contacted the following day. They never did contact me. So I am still trying to get my money refunded to me. Please please please do not get involved with this company!!!
