Abusive language & physical abuse toward customers

I walked up and there was a mexican waitress that was mouthing off to a guy by me named Jimmy and I asked him if she was giving him a hard time next thing you know she called me a bitch & whore twice. I told her if she wanted a peice of me to come get it. She exclaimed that I was old enough to be her mother and she respects her elders. And I said I thought so. So she was backing down and we had aready been done with it when the doorman grabbed me and started twisitng my arms and told me he was going to break my arm. Fortunately, Jimmy came up and told him to let me go... He had to tell him twice. They were extrmemly violent. I was not agressive at all and there was no reason for him to grab me. She apparently worked there so I was the one the doorman physically attacked she was drinking at the bar and the doorman (while working) was drinking shots. Something called a stargazer, I figure because she knew them and worked there he felt like se had the authority to use that kind of language to the customers. I have been going to that bar for about 12 yrs and have never had any problems with anyone and I know everyone. I am very upset he twisted my arms and stretched the tendons and ligaments and I am in pain. I feel they should be repromanded for their actions and should not have been drinking on the job either. I don't know ho to contact the owner so I igured this would be a good way to do so.
