Ripoff Fradulent Billing Dishonest Owner Josie Overcharging!

John's Pizza overcharges customers and has lousy service!

On their menu they have a $1.75 charge for soda with free refills, but what they don't tell you is that they're lazy and shiftless. So rather than coming to your table to refill your soda, they give you a pitcher of soda. At the end they charge not by the number of people that had soda but the number of pitchers they gave you. This is totally fraudulent since they don't even have a picture price on their menu.

We went to John's Pizza and had 12 people drinking soda and 3 drinking water they charged us for all 15 people drinking soda and based on the fact that they brought 3 pitchers of soda and then replace 2.1 was left on table 1/2 filled. When I told them only 12 people drank sodas they said I could charge you for 5 pitchers or 15 glasses. Which was about $5.25 too much.

When I tried to reason with the waitress she walked away. The lady at the register was no help as well. When I called back and asked to talk to the manager I was told the person I was talking to was the owner Josie and she could do what she wanted and hung up on me.

We were overcharge and charged a 15% gratuity for someone bringing out 3 pizzas and a few pitchers of soda. She didn't serve the pizza we did this ourselves. Nor did she pour the soda. She didn't even pass out the plates. We did that as well. The service was lousy, we had get up to find our waitress, and the owner is rude! And all they advertise on their menu that they give you refills on the soda they make up for it by charging you for drinks that you didn't have.
