I had a great experience with TicketLiquidator. I ordered tickets to see Demi Lovato in Hartford on June 21 for me and my little 9-year-old sister and she looooooved the concert. Meanwhile, I loved the service and was so happy that everything went okay. I confess I was a little nervous about the ordering-tickets-over-the-internet experience. I tried ordering twice previously from StubHub (bad experiences) and then I read about the whole Ticketmaster-Tickets Now scandal and I was pretty nervous.in fact, after I ordered, Ticketliquidator had to hold my hand (so to speak) during the experience a few times. I called once to check up on my order status (they were very nice on the phone, even though I probably annoyed them!) and I sent in an e-mail, too (which they answered in about half-an-hour — that's a first for me). So, really, I had no need to worry, because Ticketliquidator came through and I'm a happy camper. They were very quick and professional and they even sent me an e-mail before the concert with a 10-day weather forecast, driving directions from my house to the theater, and a list of local restaurants where I could take my little sister. I have to say that that really impressed me. The only thing I didn't like about Ticketliquidator was their website, which looks a little drab compared with the others — but, hey, it's the service you pay for. I'd rather have good service and a drab website than bad service and a snazzy website. But, websites and all, I give Ticketliquidator two thumbs up, even if the tickets are above face value. But, then again, the sellers are the ones who price the tickets, not Ticketliquidator, so it isn't their fault and you'd get prices just as high, if not higher, on StubHub or someplace else. So, bottom line, if you need tickets, I'd highly recommend Ticketliquidator to everyone out there who might be listening — that is, after you've checked the theater or stadium first, of course.
