DVD Boxed Sets Fraudulent Website never delivered DVD set that was purchased for $99.95 almost a month ago

I purchased the DVD box set of the TV Show "The Monk" Seasons 1-6 ($99.95) for my Father as a Christmas present and still haven't received them a month after ordering and they will not respond to my emails. After finalizing my purchase I was a little alarmed when a window poped up and said it may take up to 2 or 3 weeks to deliver which I thought was very strange when it shouldn't take more than 3-4 business days for something like this to be delivered. Obviously, I would have never purchased this if there was some kind of disclaimer that warned you before you purchased the set that it would take this long to be delivered.

I received two confirmation emails which gave me some kind of hope that this was a legitimate website, but I have come to find that it is a complete scam. Not only am I out $99.95, but now I have nothing to give my father for Christmas. I really hope that the authorities catch up with the person (s) running this site. I know I am making it a priority to see that something happens to keep this from happening to someone else. This is the kind of thing that makes me never want to purchase anything online again.
