Absolute disgrace

I purchased some vouchers through citydeal for this company. I ordered a photobook 4 weeks before christmas thinking it would arrive in good time. It is now Christmas Eve & I haven't received anything. I have sent 8 emails, rang dozens of times but never once has somebody got back to me. I would have some respect for them if somebody explained that they were having issues and wouldn't be able to deliver.instead they led me to believe I would receive this by Christmas, if I had known I wouldn't I could have ordered it through another company. This was meant to be a very special christmas present. I will make it my business to tell everyone I know that printerpix is a complete sham and to steer well clear of them.
