Rip-off they are trying to collect on Barbie books I had ordered for my daughter fullfilled the order Danbury Connectitcut

I had ordered Barbie Books, fulfilled the order and wanted to cancel. I contacted them by letter and also returning books but they said I still had to complete the order. I paid a partial bill and asked for an itemized statement for the balance and I have just recieved that. I also have 3 different balances they say I owe.
This is very frustrating to me, I ordered for my daughter and I amsorry I did, especially when they are trying to get you to order more than you want, and confuse you in the process. Trying to get them or anyone else for that matter on the phone is even worse.
