Service Terminated by Mistake, Then $500 Withdrawn for Fees

I am so sick of these corporations!!! First they terminate my service without my prior knowledge, and I was current, by mistake. Then they deduct almost $500 from my account for the early termination fees! Two weeks later they put the money back but not after I have incurred $300 in bounced check fees thanks to the unauthorized withdrawal. Now a week before Christmas, with my husband laid off, Direct TV is fighting me to pay back the fees and I can't even pay my mortgage! But all these big companies cry that they are hurting financially. They have no idea what that means. Putting food on the table and paying electric and heat, now that's what is important. I will never watch Direct TV again for as long as I live and will proceed to tell everyone about this, including the governor and attorney generals office. Thank you for letting me vent!
