Charged me for 2 months before I figured out who they were

Who are these guys? I don't know how they got my credit card number but I believe I bought something and at the end of the transaction I took a survey. When I saw they were going to charge me I shut down the site. Too late they already had my card number. Last month I noticed a $12.00 charge on my bank statement. I didn't really pay any attention to it until tonight when another charge was listed. It's Saturday and I thought I would have to wait and call the credit union on Monday to find out what this charge is but a telephone number was listed for Reservation Rewards on the credit union statement and I called. I was able to cancel without talking to someone. I really wish I could have talked with someone to find out how they got my number. I will be calling on Monday.
