Website Processing Error Lost My Order for Six Concert Tickets

I attempted to purchase tickets for an upcoming concert online. This was the way the company suggested would be the fastest and best way to get excellent seats.

I went through the entire process and got excellent seats, only to be suddenly told that there was an "error" in processing my order and that they were not sure if my credit card was charged or my order went through.

From there I had to call customer service, because there is a 10 ticket limit and any order exceeding that would automatically be canceled. I had placed an order for 6 tickets, so I could not try to place another one without knowing if the first went through, or else it might be canceled. It took 30 minutes to reach customer service, only to find that I did lose my order, and I am not paying the same price for tickets an entire section up from where I was originally.

I had nothing but problems getting to customer service and with their website, and I will not be compensated in any manner for their mistakes. I am attempting to submit a complaint form to them, but it has to be done via email. I filled out the entire form and cannot send it to them because, for some reason, their system will not accept the email address I have been using for 6 years.

It is a vicious circle. I have a problem with the website, so I complain about it, but I have to do it through their website, and because they have a problem, I cannot report the problem.

I am outraged that I wasted my time setting up an account with them and making sure I was available at my computer when tickets went on sale, only to get poor seats because they made a mistake. Companies these days do not care about their customers. As long as they are making their money, that is all that matters.
