Charged bank account $50.00 2 months after account was cancled and game shipped

After receiving unsatisfactory service from Gottaplay Interactive, I decided to cancel my subscription from their service. The day of the cancellation, I mailed the one game I had out. Thinking I had washed my hands of the poor experience I had dealing with this company I had not visited their website since cancellation.

Two months later, I received an email informing me $50.00 had been charged to my bank account for an un-returned game. The only information given to me by the company was an automated email after I canceled saying I had 15 days with which to ship the rented product (which I did). I never received any notice stating they hadn't received the game at all until they had already charged me.

I have called their customer service line a few times and all I have gotten is a voice-mail, I've also emailed them my complaint. I have yet to receive a reply to either inquiry.

I've since reported the case to the Better Business Bureau but I doubt I'll get any compensation.

I urge anyone to research any lesser-known companies they are planning to do business with to prevent this situation from happening to them.
