Is a ripoff, they charge what's called a URG fee of $50.00, which is to be refunded once I returned their game however they said my money disappeared between their account and mine

After doing business with what I now know as a wonderful online game rental site like gamefly for approximately three years, I decided to try out another site you know spread the love sort of after a little research Gottaplay Interactive seemed to have the best reviews so I decide to take them on their trial offer, halfway through the trial and i'm not happy, so I cancel meanwhile I can't find the return envelope to return their game I call, email leave messages no response. Meanwhile Gottaplay decides they'll charge my credit card for what they call a URG fee of $50.00, until the game is returned, I'm not happy but that seems only fair, days later I locate the missing return envelope and send the game back. On April 28 I received an email stating that they had received the game back and my URG fee of $50.00 would be refunded like it was suppose to, todays date is May 22 and the last thing Gottaplay Interactive seems to know about my URG fee of $50.00 is it disappeared during transfer.
