Boxedtvseries.com Boot Leg DVD's - Even in the wrong boxes

I purchased a box set of smallville seasons 1-6. Upon receving the set the first thing I noticed is that season 5 was in a season 6 box.in trying to watch the dvd's, serveral of them skip, and some simply will not play. Season 5 and season 6 disks appear to have been recorded right off the tv, even has the "WB" logo in the lower hand of the screen, and the topper is a commercial in one of them.

I have attempted to contact the company on four seperate occasion via e-mail over several weeks, which is the only way to contact them, and the will not respond at all. There policy states I can not return if it is open. How else does one know that they did not get what they paid for unless you open it???

I now have junk CD's and no way to get them to respond to me.
