Very bad DJ'ing and just very confrontational

We used Music by Michale for our wedding and he was a huge disappointment. Basically, what irks me the most is that me and my wife spent 3 full days picking music on his web site and added over 200 must play songs. Once the wedding started he started playing stuff that wasn't on our list. So we gave him some time figuring he would get to our stuff eventually. Finally we confronted him and to our surprise he was a totally different person that we had previously talked to and dealt with. He was confrontational and very defensive and egotistical. It was a huge let down. He finally crammed our songs into the last half hour of the wedding and played about 20 seconds of each with some of the most horrible mixing skills I think I've ever heard.
