Do not hire Make Artist IRENA MURPHY. Our company hired Vanessa AKA Irena Murphy and it was the most horrendous experience ever. She has no formal schooling, no cosmetology license, and after the shoot we researched her "business" and she is not legitimate. We could not find a corporation filed in her name, no business taxes filed through the IRS, she is a SCAM.

To make matters worse, her make-up techniques are small town, not up to standard with the entertainment business and the product used had expired. This created multiple issues for our talent and client. She was dismissed from the job, and afterward she stalked our client, calling, e-mailing staff, creating negative press and libeling the business. She is obsessed and has serious anger issues, and lack of business skills. To make matters worse she harrasses our client daily. My goal was to save money by not utilizing an agency that represents professional, qualified, licensed stylist. This was the most costly decision ever. I have lost my client because of her, and models will not work on any sets that have her name attached. Take my advice, do not hire this person.
