I have sent my Austrian degrees (Masters, Ph. D.) to WES and paid the full fee. Back came a sloppy, incomplete and simply incorrect evaluation.
I tried to email - no reply just a generic message. I tried to call ~ 30 minutes of witing time which counted up the longer I waited - so no way for me to call them.
I finally wrote a letter telling them about the mistakes (wrong minimum legth of programmes, no credits for dissertation etc.). Back comes a short letter signed "Director of Evaluations" that they will make no changes. I wrote again announcing legal action and at the same time informed the Better Business Bureau New York. Finally they changed a minor thing. They still didn't correct the major mistakes like the incorrect length of program (that gave me 1 (!) year for the Ph. D.) and they didn't add the credits for the dissertation (which are 80!!! - it was a research degree). I will write them again and again and finally I will sue them if it goes on like this.
